By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges having carefully read, understood, and agreed to all the following terms.

General Order Policy
Under normal circumstances, once an order has been successfully paid for and confirmed, our company does not accept exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
- Product colors shown in photos may vary slightly due to lighting effects. Please consider and confirm the color of the item you are ordering before placing your order.
- Due to variations in artisan craftsmanship, our company does not accept exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
- For all pre-owned items, detailed photos will be provided before ordering. Placing an order signifies acceptance of the item in its as-is condition. Our company does not accept exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
- Our company does not accept exchanges, cancellations, or refunds requested by customers for personal reasons.
Return/Exchange Policy for New Items
New items may be eligible for return or exchange only under the following circumstances:
- If damage is discovered upon immediate inspection upon delivery, or if the product received does not match the description. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be arranged.
- Local customers receiving items by mail must photograph the relevant item and notify our customer service within 3 days of receipt. Upon our confirmation, the item can be sent back via SF Express (collect) or an appointment can be made to visit our store for exchange/return.
Return/Exchange Procedure
- Notify our customer service colleagues via FB inbox or WhatsApp (+852 6829 0380).
- Return the item with all original packaging (e.g., box and accessories) intact and in pristine/unused condition.
- Visit our store in person to exchange/return the item, or send the item back to our store via SF Express.
Order Fulfillment Period
- Orders must be fulfilled within 10 days from the order date. If fulfillment is not completed within 10 days, the customer may choose to pay the full balance. Otherwise, the order will be treated as abandoned and the deposit will not be refunded.
Shipping Information
- Local Buyers: Items valued below HK$20,000 will be shipped via SF Express collect. Items valued at HK$20,000 or above can be shipped via SF Express collect or delivered personally.
- Overseas Buyers: Our company ships worldwide via DHL. Detailed photos of the item will be provided before shipment. Confirmation signifies acceptance of the item’s condition. Once shipped, our company does not accept exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. All risks associated with shipping are borne by the customer.
Out-of-Stock Items & Refunds for Returns/Exchanges
- Our company strives to guarantee product quality. If an item cannot be provided due to limited supply, we reserve the right to issue a refund.
- Our company reserves the right to modify all refund/return/exchange policies without prior notice and retains the right to refuse any transaction. Littlelamb Luxury reserves the final right of decision in case of any disputes.
